A retired military officer with 22 years’ service, Salita has leveraged discipline, effective decision-making skills, business acumen, and the ability to build cohesive teams and influence stakeholders to deliver results. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Master of Business Administration from Belhaven University in Jackson, Mississippi.

Who Is Salita
Born in New Orleans, Louisiana the third of four daughters, Salita’s mother cleverly incorporated lessons based on civility and etiquette into playtime as well as in daily chores. It was a time in which good manners and proper etiquette was not only practiced and expected, it was enjoyed and appreciated. The supportive, educational, faith-based experience enjoyed in childhood was followed by the structure and protocol required by the United States military with retirement after 22 years and a truly wonderful military career. In the midst of it all, she has been blessed with a loving husband, children, family and friends, a successful corporate career, and the entrepreneurial opportunity to pursue a passion to help others transform into a polished version of themselves.

Developing and delivering etiquette and social skills training provides the opportunity to enjoy a passion for sharing knowledge that can provide enlightenment in the pursuit of personal growth and a deeper sense of self. Some people have a higher degree of emotional intelligence, and others work to heighten theirs.
